Ingrediants:
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 2 tomatos, diced
- 1 carrot, chopped
- 1/2 cup frozen peas, corn, or small frozen vegetable of your choice
- two handfuls of spinach or dark leafy green of your choice
- 1 tbsp of white wine vinigar
- olive oil to taste
- salt to taste
Steps:
- add onion and carrot to a quart of boiling water and let cook for 5 minutes
- add tomato and allow soup to cook until the carrots are tender
- once carrot is cooked, add large frozen vegetables (broccoli/cauliflower/green beans) and leafy greens, continue to cook for one minute
- salt to taste and add vinigar
- add small frozen vegetables (carrots/corn/lima beans) and take off heat
- add olive oil and serve :D
